| Practice Description: | Mr. Cetlin concentrates in commercial and residential real estate, including commercial leases, real estate acquisition, sales and development, real estate financing, title certifications, condominium and cooperative issues, commercial and residential evictions, real estate tax abatements, and zoning matters. He represents a number of area banks and lenders, property owners and managers, and commercial real estate brokers. He is an approved agent of Fidelity Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title Guaranty Company and Old Republic Title Insurance Company. In addition, Mr. Cetlin advises clients in connection with business law, estate planning and probate issues. Mr. Cetlin has been a presenting panelist at seminars entitled Commercial Real Estate Financing and Risk Reduction for Residential Real Estate Brokers in Massachusetts for Lorman Educational Services. He was also a panelist for a seminar sponsored by the Massachusetts Association of Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers entitled A Legal Perspective on Land Surveying Issues: What Every Surveyor Needs to Know. He is former chairman of the Brookline Rent Control Board, and a former Brookline Town Meeting member. He serves on the Board of Directors of a real estate management company He is admitted to the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. |
