| Practice Description: | Ms. Melideo-Preble manages an active
residential real estate practice, representing buyers, sellers and
lenders in a variety of purchase, sale and loan transactions, title
reviews, title issue resolution and title certifications. She also
handles probate and estate administration matters and estate planning
for wealth preservation and succession. Ms. Melideo-Preble is past president of the Board of Directors of the John M. Barry Boys and Girls Club of Newton. She is admitted to the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. |
