Practice Description:

Ms. Rosenberg concentrates in the areas of civil litigation and employment law and has experience in a broad range of matters, including general torts, insurance defense, coverage, civil rights, contracts, discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, wage/hour, unemployment, and municipal law. She also has experience counseling clients on a variety of employer/employee rights and has conducted internal harassment investigations. Ms. Rosenberg practices before the state and federal courts, as well as in a variety of administrative agencies including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Division of Unemployment Assistance.

Ms. Rosenberg’s experience prior to joining Cunningham, Machanic, Cetlin, Johnson, Harney & Tenney, LLP includes serving as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court Department for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

She is admitted to the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
