On a daily basis, our attorneys are in each Regional Office of the Department of Industrial Accidents in Massachusetts (Boston, Worcester, Lawrence, Fall River and Springfield), aggressively advocating on behalf of our clients, whether it is before a judge at conference or hearing, with a physician at deposition or with opposing counsel in negotiation. The members of the Workers' Compensation Department are equally effective in oral and written advocacy, obtaining for our clients superior litigational results including obtaining precedent setting decisions from the Department of Industrial Accidents Reviewing Board.
